Ses travaux de recherche portent sur l’optimisation des trajectoires et des processus de soins en contexte de traumatologie et d’urgence. Elle s’intéresse particulièrement à la collaboration interprofessionnelle, à la communication et à la coordination entre les équipes et les établissements, ainsi qu’à l’expérience des patients et de leurs proches à travers les parcours de soins. Ses projets visent à générer des connaissances utiles au développement d’interventions et d’outils favorisant une organisation des soins plus intégrée, collaborative et centrée sur la personne.
