Christophe Moderie est psychiatre et chercheur spécialisé en médecine du sommeil et en neurosciences psychiatriques. Professeur adjoint de clinique au Département de psychiatrie et d’addictologie de l’Université de Montréal, il a complété une résidence en psychiatrie à McGill et un fellowship en médecine du sommeil à Stanford. Ses travaux portent les troubles du sommeil et leurs liens avec la santé mentale, notamment dans la dépression, l’hypersomnolence et le trouble dysphorique prémenstruel. Il s’intéresse à la neurophysiologie du sommeil (EEG), à la psychopharmacologie et aux interventions innovantes pour améliorer la qualité du sommeil et la santé mentale.
